Beach Activities!

There is almost always something happening on the beach front.......this morning, at 9 a.m. as I was starting my morning walk.....I came across about 100 young people, wearing bright orange T shirts, getting ready for a Decathlon......involving kayaking, swimming, running, push ups etc.....
I was able to talk to some of the group .....charming, enthusiastic and polite.....who explained that they were from many countries....Japan, Hungary, France, Germany, U.K, Spain ....and they were staying in Albir for a six day training course......
Their company being one which sells sports goods, equipment, knee and wrist supports, nutritional supplements and the like.....today was their Decathlon Day on the beach!
It was warm and sunny and they thought it was a wonderful experience!
