The BRITS

The O2 area (formerly know as The Dome) is the venue for tonight's BRIT awards

Those attending this annual bash have been told to allow at least an hour to get through the extra layers of security

As I strolled along the river today there was no overt security measures but I did notice more helicopter traffic than usual

The venue looked peaceful from where I was standing this afternoon but will be a hive of activity, noise and excitement this evening

Our red tops will be full of the winners, the losers, the well-dressed and the fashion mistakes tomorrow morning. So be warned

As for me, I enjoyed watching Old Father Thames one one of the warmest afternoons of the year so far
