Clear and Crisp

Another clear, crisp Winter’s day!  Beautiful!

Back out on my bike today, the legs didn’t quite have it for climbing so I did some intervals instead.  Day of rest tomorrow, what to do though?

Went to the opticians, it appears my headache might be related to a change in my prescription.  I’ve only just upgraded my glasses.  Aaaaarrrrggggggghhhhhhhh!
