Hoppers and Flyers

I bought some extra large hoppers as a treat for James. This is a 'before' picture - there's an 'after' picture in the extras.

Flyers? Elbows flew to Holland today for work and he'll be back tomorrow night.

I went flying on my run today. Hopefully it's a first and a last because it really hurt. :(
