Good Intentions

I bought these plants at the local nursery yesterday with every intention of putting them in a pot at the front of the house today, but it just didn't happen!  I have a very stiff and sore leg, no doubt a legacy from the steps at Dunnottar Castle on Monday, but which oddly enough didn't bother me at all yesterday.  Obviously a delayed reaction:-)

So that was my excuse for not being able to kneel down to plant out the flowers, plus the fact it was bitterly cold even in the sunshine.  Instead, I stayed indoors and got on with some washing etc, while my husband washed the cars.  Not a very exciting day, as you can see!  Hope yours was better:-)
