Snapped a few off before they went off to school - I am becoming more and more tuned into mono for portraits.  No colour distractions.

Janelle (our daughter) works in banking, her department today have been doing a community service; been put into teams, working at cleaning, then setting up homes for the 90 Syrian refugees that are arriving very soon to the Wellington district. Her team are setting up house for a family of five.  Top marks to the ANZ I say.

We are home now, even though we have had a wonderful and varied holiday there is no place quite like home.

Unpacked, washing done, walked the garden and generally sorted out most things.
