Waiting

A quick trip to Moree and back today for a medical appointment meant I got stuck at the same three road works projects twice in the space of a few hours. A gorgeous morning out there that turned into another 40 degree day.
I figured out today that I think I've developed an allergy to strawberries. Two strange reactions to a strawberry smoothie a couple of days apart involving what feels like welts on my throat, headaches and nausea. On the first day I assumed I might be coming down with something but today I'm pretty sure it's the strawberries. Very weird but enough to make me avoid them for a little while.
