Stone threshing circle

My knowledge is limited other than this was where the villagers would collectively thresh the grain. In Spanish they are called "eras" which is apt as they refer to a past era. It's really hot today and we had decided to walk down to the village instead of taking the car. Walking down is no problem, it's the return walk that is a bit of a killer.
