Loch of Stenness (Day 289)

The weather has been beautiful, despite a chilly wind. The dogs frolicked in the snow on their morning wander. I sorted a gremlin in the boiler at home before heading off to Yesnaby with the dogs. The extra shot is looking south along the west coast towards Hoy and Scotland. The Old Man of Hoy is just visible.

Talking of the Old Man, he has been diagnosed with cancer. I await further news. My beautiful wife has been, and continues to be fabulous. Looking after me and keeping my spirits up in the darkest of times.
