Chesham Street, Kemptown

This is my daily view at the moment as I wait for the bus from the hospital, back to the marina where I park the car. I thought it looked particularly nice today with the blue sky, fluffy clouds and the shadows on the colourful houses.

Once at the marina I went swimming and I managed 30 lengths!

This afternoon I met Allanna for a hot chocolate in Rottingdean - we were going to sit at the beach but it was rather cold so we sat inside 'The Old Cottage' instead.

I'm looking forward to Alan coming home tonight and despite the visit from Lewis Hamilton to the conference the other day I think it's been a gruelling week. We've got a nice weekend planned though, we're heading to St Omer in France on Saturday for an overnight stay. After having our house there, it will always be our second home and I can't wait, it's been too long!
