Ruminants at Ripley
Today I joined fellow blipper Philiphoto for a wander around the gardens and deer park at Ripley Castle.
We were about to give up hope on spotting any deer when we saw them up at the far end of the park behind a fence. They weren't very obliging for us, but I managed to get a selection of shots - so this is my first wildlife blip!
According to Wikipedia, the fallow deer is a ruminant mammal belonging to the family Cervidae.
Admission to the gardens and park are free until the 1st of March- thanks are due to Lovelupins17 for that little tip!
