I love to be by the Sea...so therapeutic!

Yoga class this morning...working on the hips! Lots of moans and groans from the class.

This afternoon another visit to the Dentist and hopefully my tooth is now fixed, so THAT distraction has gone.....luckily it wasn't an extraction!

A beautiful day again....fabulous clouds!
