Things are starting to come to life at the harbour, in a gentle emergence from hibernation.

The smell of marine diesel is on its way back.

Clearly someone has been on a de-clutter mission - the results got Blipped.

I hope it's not a case of someone dumping their rubbish for someone else to clean up.
