Paint by Stitching

This artist creates beautiful scenes by hand stitching from large spools of thread that are sitting on the ground. He was "painting" the street (using a curved needle) and buildings that are actually behind him, continually looking over his shoulder to view his subject. He said it takes about 15 days to complete, so I will try to return to this spot in a couple of days to see his progress.
