Weary

This is a path I visit regularly because there is always something to photograph and I usually meet at least one dog walker.  Today a guy came along with a black Labrador which looked quite young, and then trailing behind was this wee thing.  The owner told me that this dog is 17 and you could clearly see it was tired from the walk.  It would have made a better photograph if I could have got in a bit closer but the owner came across and lifted up this dog and carried it the last stretch to the car like a baby.
