Going Back

A final stab at the Dickens Challenge.  The quotation is from David Copperfield:
"The streets looked small, of course.  The streets that we have only seen as children always do I believe when we go back to them."

Not strictly true.  I don't live far from where I lived as a child, so I have been back, but not often.  And, yes, it does look much smaller than it did when I was a child.
