Tonight I will mostly be watching rugby.

I managed to get out on the bike again this morning. Couldn't feel my feet when I got back! Have felt pleasantly tired all day since.

Had my nails done. After years in the NHS of having to have short nails with no varnish, this is my little luxury.

Looking forward to a leisurely weekend at home. Just violin, a concert and a party in the diary at the moment. Would like to squeeze in a swim with the smalls and a bike ride, but we will see.
