Selfie?

Actually not, as it was pointed out to me that herself does not own (and would not wear if she did) tight orange polyester trousers. In fact, this is explained here, during a visit to the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. I did not discover until too late that photography was not allowed in the splendid exhibition of Modern Scottish Women - oops!

There was topical art in the Scottish National Gallery - Antiveduto Grammatica's "Christ Disputing with the Doctors." No doubt that is how Mr Hunt sees himself.

Turning to literature, after dinner last night we went for a whisky at the Oxford Bar, which will be well known to readers of Ian Rankin's novels about Edinburgh detective John Rebus.
