Battle of the Flowers

A wet and windy day in Nice today.

Thankfully the rain eased off a little for us to venture out to see the Battle of the Flowers. The floats in this parade are made from flowers and the glamorous girls who are part of the parade throw flowers to the crowd. Catching the flowers can get quite competitive.
