Chilly day....

There were FREE trips to Herm today so we went with our son and family. The sea was choppy, the weather was very cold but we had a great day. We caught the bus to the ferry with Max the puppy as well. He was so good. When we arrived in Herm the children spent their pocket money at the little shop and we then had hot chocs to warm us up. A lovely walk across the beach collecting shells was great fun and kept us warm. The boat trip back was not too rough. The day was ended with a meal together and we are all feeling sleepy after the cold fresh air. Fantastic day!
