Cheer me up Sweatpea!

Woke up this morning to the sound of dripping water -
took me a few seconds to realise it was inside rather that outside -
flat upstairs has a leaky boiler -
chap upstairs works nights -
he's only been asleep two hours -
try explaining the leaky problem to a Polish chap who's half asleep -
place a line of pans, buckets and towels to catch the water -
arrive at market late -
two market helpers don't turn up -
extra work for me -
get back home to clear up the wet mess -
landlord wants to raise my rent -
must be Friday 13th!!!
