Chicago!

First stage of the epic cross-country rail trip completed, and five hours in Chicago between trains.

The stations in the US are frequently mind-boggling, true cathedrals of rail. This is Union Station in Chicago, the hub of the Amtrak network. Trains leave here for every part of the country.

No geocaches today as we couldn't find a couple, then tried to go up the Willis/Sears tower to log the SkyDeck, but didn't have time :-( We did find two last night in Albany NY as we waited for the New York City train to join up with our one.
