Former Legend City

Legend City was an amusement park in Phoenix that was open from 1963 to 1983. It had four roller coasters over the years and dozens of rides and other attractions. Now it's a parking lot for a utility company.

Phoenix has a small amusement park, Castles N Coasters, but it doesn't match what I'm told Legend City was. Phoenix is among the largest cities in the country without a proper amusement park.
