Harpies.
What a day. Two performances of the the Panto ( last two ) followed by pub and party!
'Best ever' seems to be the general consensus and, a first for us, a sung ode to congratulate our wonderful writer and director Mark. (We do normally have a spoken one from R Mr Corinthian Column)
Left my camera at the church where we change between performances so couldn't post earlier.
These are two of the Harpies mentioned in yesterday's blip 'Sisters' . They do look a bit sheep like and quite benign here but on a dimly lit stage with glowing red eyes they look pretty menacing especially when operated by three streaking puppeteers.
Thank you for the hearts and stars taking me to popular with my sheep blip yesterday and the frosty morning daffodils on Wednesday.
It's all over now for another year.
You can see some of the preparations for the show in my extra from warming up; learning lines; winding up the audience participation scarf to a mess of props. All in a church hall!
Need some sleep now!
