Haiku hike.

I have long liked the impression that poetry can make. Then on blip I have discovered haiku poems and for all of this year I have written a haiku for my daily photo. I think this has helped me to see with fresh eyes. Today,as part of an Arts Festival, there were people talking about the joy of haiku as we walked through these glorious gardens with some experienced exponents of these short poems.. Suitably inspired I plan to keep writing them for awhile :

Luxuriant growth,
clustering around water,
No room for people.
