(Step) Cousins?

Not sure correct terminology lol but this is L with my step sisters little one A.

I popped into my dads after gymnastics for a visit and they were looking after A for a long weekend.

Later today we have a bike ride, NRG class, which means gym for me then ten pin bowling.
