Big sky

The sky had lots of potential today, especially driving further east and when the later blue patches came through.  Unfortunately just a little too keen on the variations and extremes of wind strength.

This turned our to be slightly academic personally, rigging to discover / create a hole in a horribly to get to batten pocket.  Frustrating is the polite word although fortunately then mitigated by the weather. I think if you had got up there would have been some distance to be had ... but you would have needed a nice large airfield to land in!
