Went to watch our nephew play rugby this morning.  A really entertaining game, mainly caused by the lack of effective tackling in open field play.  Here Walsall u16s flanker is about to complete a mazy run from the half way line to score a try.  A litany of missed tackles came before and while the full back (Yes, I know he is wearing the No 11 shirt, but he was definitely playing full back) did hold on to him, he couldn't prevent the flanker crossing the line to touch down.

It was a good outing with the Tamron 150-600mm lens, which I have to say is very good, considering its price.  The only issue I found was zooming as it is quite a big turn from one end of the zoom range to the other.
