Waterside Theatre

Met up with Shirley for lunch today, our usual haunt, Waitrose, well you get a free cuppa if you buy a cake!  Lovely to catch up with her.

I had an opticians appointment afterwards, who confirmed that I was indeed getting old and needed to use my reading glasses.  I may try contact lenses for distance and then put reading glasses on if needed. Apparently I am at an in-between stage where I can manage without readers so using vari or bi-focals would not be quite right get.....but not to worry as in a year or so that's likely to change she said.

Morris was a bit dull tonight, no music and only 4 of us and we did most hankie dances.........I much prefer sticks!
