Smile!

Such a sweet face.  She was intrigued to meet Flossie today, usually she doesn't get a look in as the white one is usually there first and they don't like to get too close to eachother but today the white one was way down the field.  She poses nicely.

Had a great fun time this morning.  We were given a tour of the Cotswold Distillery where for the last 18 months they have been making whisky and gin.  It was fascinating learning how they make it.  The huge copper stills were hard at work giving us a warm glow as we stood listening to the processes.  We then tasted the 73% new spirit it produces and it was quite something! Completely delicious but now we have to wait 10 years for it to mature!! However, the gin is a quicker process since it needs no more than 4 days to settle before being bottled so for now that is where the company is making its money and it has won 7 awards so far.. pretty impressive!!  It has local Lavender in it amongst other things of course which gives it a very different aroma and was rather wonderful served with ice and then fevertree tonic. She recommended a twist of pepper too.. interesting!!
