Tired 'N' Teasy

The longer today went on the closer I got to saying/doing something I might have regretted. I was immensely relieved when the 'bell went' and I could begin the trudge through town to the supermarket.

Clare ill in bed, mild food poisoning we suspect, Sam working and Josh relaxing.

Watched the rugby and then later the film 'Invictus'. I enjoyed both. I first heard the poem Invictus from my maternal grandfather and it has remained a favourite.
