Old glass and ivy

After dropping Ben off at college, I headed up to Sleaford to have lunch with my friend Ross, at the National Design Centre. As usual, time flew by as we put the world to rights, though we stopped talking long enough to eat  - in my case a delicious roast squash and goat's cheese salad.

We parted just after half past two, and I then went to Wilsford to do some plant recording. It was rather nippy, but I persisted for about two hours, ending up at the church, where I found this lovely old window, reflecting the peachy colour of the western sky and surrounded by ivy.
