Just Watching

We met Kate & Sophie at a soft play centre at Brean, near Burnham on Sea, this morning and had lots of fun watching Sophie enjoying herself.

It must be nearly 30 years, when Kate & Chris were toddlers, since we last visited one of these. The young staff at this one were impressively efficient, helpful and polite and took real care to sure that every one had a good and safe time.

On the way back we stopped for a brief blip-stroll on the dunes overlooking Burnham and Berrow golf course, a typical seaside links course. Watched these three play their shots and admired the layers of colour in the Bristol Channel and the coast of North Somerset and Devon behind them.
