Elaborate Sunset

Having got up at 6 AM to venture out into the freezing cold dawn, the sunrise failed to make much of an impact ... :o/
By the time I got home - having tried desperately to capture what I had seen of the sun - I wasn't sure whether or not my ice cold fingers were still attached to my hands ... :o|
Luckily, however, all my fingers did manage to survive their ordeal, otherwise I might not have been able to capture this rather elaborate sunset ... (taken out of the side window of my lovely warm van) ... :o)
