Hard and soft

On a very windy walk with baby J, I spied this little field with the proverbial 'host of golden daffodils' swaying or rather being battered by the wind. I thought that they contrasted rather nicely with the scratchy, tough twigs in the foreground.
I cannot believe half term is over already! Time goes so fast. Back to school tomorrow and the second half of term awaits. Nearly Easter-ish! :-)
