Operation orchard

Took a much needed day off today, still had to be up and out but it was lovely. Went into school for the morning to help Charlotte's class with the orchard preparations. The kids had to move the soil from the raised flower beds to the new location. Year 5 had already moved the sleepers yesterday.

They worked really hard and I enjoyed helping out.

Has made me think, not for the first time, that it would be lovely to do a rewarding job. I just haven't got the bottle to jump!

The afternoon flew by with a bit of shopping and school pick up. Then across to the in laws for a family gathering which was great.
