NE MLK Blvd. between NE Broadway & NE Weidler

I don't know if Derelict Sunday is still a thing but here's a building that has been empty since I moved to Portland in 2008, it's on a big site in a prime spot.  Someone is still caring for the building because every few weeks the tags and graffiti are painted over creating a fresh canvas for the next round.  Many of these pieces here are ones I see all over the city, the head with teeth and Call Your Mom at very top left, in particular.  A similar empty building a block down has since been turned into a compact ACE hardware store - which is great and we used it today.  With the pace of development in this town right now I am curious that this site hasn't be touched... yet.
