Naked lady

Wanted to find out the scientific name for these flowers, as I've always known them as naked ladies but thought typing naked lady into Google might open a real Pandora's box!

PS Thanks to "flying" I now know they are Amaryllis belladonna,  and  are apparently also known as Jersey lily, belladonna-lily, naked-lady-lily, March lily.
