evening grasses

At last the sort of evening you really want to be out -and how much its appreciated after all the rainy evenings this week. Really enjoyed being down in the water meadows again which had become incredibly verdant and full of such a variety of wild flowers. If the weather continues I will be a doing a series of blips from there I'm sure.

I'm sorry I've been a bit absent the last couple of days. It really has been an exceptionally busy week. Robert is away and work has been full on and high speed. Today I went down to visit a site in Banbury which is a conversion of a beautiful Victorian school. The properties are going to be amazing with a lot of original features still intact. Very unusual and beautiful affordable housing in a lovely part of Banbury and I dread to think how much demand there will be for the properties.
