The Gulls

The farmer was ploughing the field next to our house today, which made for a great blip opportunity as the gulls were in full force following the tractor - see the photo in my extras.

I swam 34 lengths this morning (I'm trying to increase the distance by a couple of lengths each time) and this afternoon I met Sian for lunch.  Sian is my 'breast buddy' having gone through breast cancer herself just over a year ago.  

So all in all, it's been a good day :-)
