Menopause

Monday is language lesson day via Skype. My teacher is an asylum seeker in the north of England. She's staying in a hotel with her husband and loads of other refugees.

Some new vocab I've learnt - when you reach menopause you reach a "life without hope". That says it all really.

If you want to say someone is nosy you say they "put too much salt on their rice"!
