A day of mixed visits

Today started off very well with a most obliging lady. I took her out for a drive and we found a coffee shop to enjoy.

My second lady cancelled because she collapsed the other day therefore her doctor wanted to see her.

The cancellation gave me the opportunity to spend a few hours doing my other job. (Lots of appointments and paperwork following Nigel's holiday)

My evening visit did not go well. The lady was delighted to see me and was full of chat and hospitality but absolutely refused to allow me prepare her a meal. She made me a coffee and fed me biscuits and cake but that's not the way it is supposed to work! (Obviously saw me as her guest) I'll get the measure of her soon. (I hope)
