Time Flies

I first met Bill on a blind date, New Year's Eve 1969.  He walked through the door you see behind Bill and 45 1/2 years later, we are still walking through that door to see my Aunt Joan.  We gathered on Sunday to celebrate my birthday, which is tomorrow.  It was nice to include David's girlfriend and her son in the festivities.  We went to dinner and then went to Joan's for dessert and some laughs.  We had fun, I think.  I can't believe I'm going to be 70 years old, but I'm very grateful to get there.  Many don't.  So, celebrate each minute you have on this earth and with the people you love most in the whole world.  I know I am.
