Delivery

We weren't expecting Andy from DPD to visit today but he appeared at lunch time with the new feeder for the black cats. Swannie had noticed that the batteries were not lasting very long on the original feeder so she kept a note of when she changed them. On Friday, the low battery light was flashing and when she checked, they had only been in for ten days!

A quick phone call to the manufacturer and they said that they would replace the unit, no proof of purchase needed, and they even sent a set of batteries. Tonight, I had to check out the bag that it came in and the new box. The company even sent a returns bag and free postage label. I think that their customer service is excellent, lots of love, JJ. xx
