Squirrel, Grey Squirrel

I know, I shouldn't! 

We are trying so hard to preserve the reds at home in Cumbria, but here we are in Sherwood forest where grey squirrels abound. They can't help it that they are wiping out the reds. They're very cute in their own right. So tame they would have come indoors.

Such an active day in places where I couldn't sensibly take my camera. Swimming was the main activity of the day. Can't believe it was possible to swim outside in February when frost was on the ground, reminded me of alpine holidays.
