Early Morning Rainbow.

I woke to the sound of rain, so I stayed in bed for an extra few minutes, debating whether to get up or not.  I got up.

We haven't had a lot of rain for ages, so it is very welcome, especially as the grass is starting to look brown.

I managed my walk without getting wet, lucky as a few minutes after getting indoors it pelted down.

Wasn't quite so lucky when I went grocery shopping, but at least the rain is warm.  It also rained on me whilst at the garden centre.  I needed some potting mix, for some  plants I was re-potting.

Still, it has cooled down a bit, and it has rained on and off all day.
