Sickie

No sleep, excruciating pain, nausea. 
I phoned in sick, popped out for more painkillers (and a coffee in the cafe) and now intend to spend the rest of the day as still as possible. 

24 hrs to go before my dental appointment. 

8 days to go before I am in San Francisco. I suppose I should be grateful this dental problem has happened now and not while I am in the USA.
