£10Quid Loaves

Yes, ten quid for a large loaf. At a trendy Haggerston artisan bakery with my cycling mates for a coffee stop. Its a great little café, all hipster and full of industrial lighting and benches. The muffins were possibly the best I have ever eaten (since the last best muffin I have...). 

We were soaked through and draped our gloves and jackets all over the lamps to dry off a bit. This rather lowered the tone. When I expressed shock at the price of the loaves of bread things went further downhill. But the lady with the matching coat and brolly came in and rebalanced the ambience somewhat.

But actually its a super place and we will return. I would recommend it to you but I can't remember its name. Plus, there aren't many seats inside and I don't want you filling it up so that there's no chair for me when I next go in.
