New Brakes

New brakes were installed on my bike last week and I must say it has been a joy to ride ever since. No more rubbing, no more squalling, no more troubles - I should have done it long ago. In fact, I have never liked the brakes that came with my new bike though I have lived with their idiosyncrasies ever since getting it back in September of 2010. My mechanic tells me these will work much better for much longer than what came with the bike. He also changed out the hydraulic fluid to something less corrosive and better for the environment. I did not, however, change the disc rotor as I would hate to lose that nice bit of rust visible here on the support arms.
