Electric Dreams

Whilst I wholeheartedley applaud this initiative in principle (at the ASDA store in Bishopbriggs), I can't help thinking that these parking spaces will be used about as much as those at the local Scottish Conservative Party Club. They have allocated four spaces for this - I'd have gone with one in the first instance, and worked from there.
